You’ll see signs up at farms and houses to buy independently produced Calvados and wine.  Remember to make space in the car to bring some back!

Cafés, bars and restaurants can be found very close to Berjou, dine by the river or in the local towns; the food does not disappoint!

Less than an hour from the coast, the seafood bounty is plentiful across the markets and in restaurants.  Try oysters from Asnelles to start and finish with some local cheese from Camembert.

Dozens of markets take place all over Normandy every week, be warned though, you won’t leave empty handed!
